GUIDE TO YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Investing in developing the human capital is the route to increase the intangible capital in all its other forms.
Developing the cluster of knowledge, skills and attitudes can be facilitated through competency based training. Competency based training is different - it is not just about going to workshops and getting information, its about training people to be effective in the workplace and in their personal life on an ongoing basis.
We are a big part of the local community (South India) and we are into building better road maps.
